เป็นเด็กกรุงเทพฯ ที่จบมาจากวิทยาเขตเทคนิคกรุงเทพฯ ทำงานที่กรุงเทพฯ อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ ทุกวันนี้ทำงานอยู่ที่ บริษัท ไทยยาซากิ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด ทำตำแหน่งเล็กๆ ในบริษัทใหญ่ๆ จึงทำให้รู้สึกว่าการเริ่มหรือทำอะไรจากสิ่งเล็กๆ มันมีค่าและสำคัญ การเรียนรู้ จึงเริ่มต้นด้วยการอ่านหนังสือง่ายๆ "คาราวานหนอนหนังสือ"หรือ "Aways Reading Caravan" เป็นชั้นหนังสือมีล้อที่จะเคลื่อนที่ไปให้กับคนที่รักการอ่าน และทุกคนที่เราอยากให้รักการอ่าน ไม่ว่าจะเด็กหรือผู้ใหญ่ ไม่ว่าจะมองเห็น หรือมองไม่เห็น ไม่รู้ว่าต่อมการเรียนรู้อยู่ส่วนไหนในร่างกาย แต่เชื่อหรือไม่ว่า ต่อมนี้ทำงานไม่มีวันหยุด... โยชิมิเป็นสาวชาวญี่ปุ่นที่คิดและทำโครงการนี้เพื่อเด็กไทย เธอพูดประโยคหนึ่งที่คนฟังรู้สึกตื่นเต้นว่า... "เด็กๆ จะตื่นเต้นแค่ไหน ถ้้าพวกเขาได้มีโอกาสยืนเลือกหนังสือที่ชั้นด้วยมือพวกเขาของ"
